The warranty includes all the parts except airbrush needles and nozzles. It also doesn’t include the airbrush looking pretty.

But what if it doesn’t work?
You have two options.
1. I can probably get it working over the phone. Email is a little more cumbersome but I can do that too.
2. If I can’t get it to work over the phone I’ll have you send it in to me and I’ll make it work. If I can’t get it to work then I’ll replace it at no further charge to you.
How do I send it in?
1. Get a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA), either through email (easiest) or over the phone.
2. Pack it up so that it doesn’t get damaged in shipping.
3. Write a note telling me what’s going on. Please include a copy of your receipt or shipping papers.
4. Write the RMA# on the outside of the package.
5. Ship it to me. I recommend a shipping service with tracking numbers and possibly insurance.
